10 Hour OSHA Card within the past 5 years Able to climb 14 levels of scaffold stairs and work on 80ft aerial lift platform. No fear of heights. Have proof of Current Aerial Lift cert and Current Forklift cert. Rigging/signaling certified or qualified Fall Protection Trained (Must have proof) Per Diem $150 per day. 7 days a week for every 40 hours worked. Once a month Friday & Monday paid (16 hrs) to travel home & back SASMI 1st day $600, 14th day $600, 28th day $600 SMART Incentive 35th day $500, 60th day $800, 90th day $800 Local 9 has negotiated a $110 per night hotel rate with king bed suites.
