Established in 2021, the SMART-TD Regional Training Seminar (RTS) model mirrors the traditional model of the Regional Meetings by providing educational opportunities within a reasonable driving distance of a number of locals and offer training for all Local officers: Presidents, Trustees, Secretary/Treasurers, Legislative Representatives and Local Chairpersons.
State Legislative Directors and General Chairpersons of Jurisdiction help to organize, promote and handle the arrangements of the meeting, and the union’s education team comes to the locals.
