COVID-19 Report

YOUR UNION NEEDS REPORTS OF WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING IN THE FIELD

The previous form used to report conditions regarding COVID-19 has been retired and replaced by the Safety Condition Report, where SMART Transportation Division members can report immediate workplace safety concerns (including those related to COVID-19) directly to union officers, including State Legislative Directors, General Chairpersons and other safety leaders.

Submissions will be reviewed, addressed and used as evidence to support SMART-TD’s efforts to improve safety conditions where you work. You have the option of requesting a direct response from leadership when submitting.
