SMART Local 124 sets the area standards in wages and benefits. Our pay packages includes health insurance and retirement savings. No matter what your skill level we have a competitive wage package for you.
Our Benefits don’t come off your hourly wage, they are in addition to what you make on the check!
Our Apprentice’s start out at $23.76 on the check with $15.07 in benefits for a total package of $38.83.
Our Journeyman earn $36.56 on the check with $17.98 in benefits for a total package of $54.54.
Work Opportunities
We are currently looking for Skilled Trades Workers with experience performing the following:
- Commercial HVAC Duct Work
- Light Commercial HVAC
- Architectural Wall Panels
- Industrial Sheet Metal/Welding
**All Skill Levels Will Be Considered**
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Have a valid State issued ID
- Have dependable transportation
- High School Diploma or GED (For Apprenticeship Applicants Only)
- Have the desire to learn and works well with others
- Use industry related tools and safety products
- Authorized to work in the United States
