SMART Minnesota Wages and Benefits
SMART Minnesota sets the area standards in wages and benefits for sheet metal work and manufacturing. No matter what your skill level, we have a competitive wage package for you. Our members receive an hourly wage with additional benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K.
Our Benefits don’t come off your hourly wage, they are in addition to what you make on the check!
Our manufacturing members start out at $23.14/HR to $41.10/HR with additional benefits. Our members get an additional $2.30/HR for 2nd shift and $1.25/HR for 3rd shift. Available shifts are 4-10/HR days and 5-8/HR days.
Our manufacturing members start out at $23.77/HR to $30.13/HR with additional benefits. Our members get an additional $1.00/HR for 2nd shift. Available shifts are 4-10/HR days and 3-12/HR days (paid for 40 hours after 36 hours worked)

Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Have a valid State issued ID
- Have dependable transportation
- High School Diploma or GED
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Have the desire to learn and work well with others
- Use industry related tools and safety products
- Authorized to work in the United States
** Licensing & welding certifications are a plus**
