SMART Local 20 is currently looking for Skilled Sheet Metal Workers with experience performing the following:
- Industrial HVAC Duct Work
- Commercial HVAC Duct Work
- Architectural Wall Panels

SMART Local 20 Wages and Benefits
SMART Local 20 sets the area standards in wages and benefits. No matter what your skill level, we have a competitive wage package for you. Our members receive an hourly wage with additional benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401A, and pension all provided at no extra cost to you.
Our Benefits don’t come off your hourly wage, they are in addition to what you make on the check!
Our entry level apprentice’s start out at $20.34 on the check with a total package of $33.30. Completion of the apprenticeship program earns you 2 year Associates degree from IVY Tech at no cost!
Our Journeyman earn $40.68 on the check with a total package of $68.03.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Have a valid Drivers License
- Have dependable transportation
- High School Diploma or GED (For Apprenticeship Applicants Only)
- Pass a pre-hire Drug Screening
- Have the desire to learn and work well with others
- Use industry related tools and safety products
- Authorized to work in the United States
