Competitive Wages and Benefits
SMART Local 214 sets the area standards in wages and benefits. Our pay packages includes health insurance for the whole family and retirement savings. No matter what your skill level we have a competitive wage package for you. Apprentices start at $14.90 with $10.94 in benefits total package $25.84. Journeyman $29.79 on check $45.71 total package.
Work Opportunities
We are currently looking for Skilled Trades Workers with experience performing the following:
- Commercial HVAC Duct Work
- Light Commercial HVAC
- Architectural Wall Panels
- Industrial Sheet Metal/Welding
**All Skill Levels Will Be Considered**
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Have a valid State issued ID
- Have dependable transportation
- Pass a pre-hire drug screening
- High School Diploma or GED (For Apprenticeship Applicants Only)
- Have the desire to learn and works well with others
- Use industry related tools and safety products
- Authorized to work in the United States
