Ashley has been with Kansas City’s Local 2 for 6 years now. She worked at an architectural shop for 3 years and a specialty shop for the past 3 years.
For 2 years Ashley has been working hard to grow her locals Women’s Committee where she was elected chairman in 2022. Within her local women’s group Ashley has worked closely with the LGBTQ community for recruitment and retention in a more diverse community. 2022 also brought her the opportunity to get involved in the SMART International Womens committee. After a short time Ashley has also gotten involved with the SMART Womens Sub-Committees, Increasing Women and Parental Support/Resources. She is eager to see where this career takes her and her family of 7!
